Flor Tinoco Sequeiros
Flor Tinoco Sequeiros is a freelance performer, choreographer and contemporary dance teacher based in Veneto, Italy.
Intersezioni Danza is the name she gives to all her choreographic projects where she still dances and collaborate with other professional freelance performers creating pieces made for theaters and also for urban spaces.
BIOGRAPHY
Flor Tinoco Sequeiros is a freelance performer, choreographer and contemporary dance teacher based in Veneto, Italy.
Originally from Mexico city, Flor graduated at the National Contemporary Dance Center (CENADAC) and while in school she danced with the Mexican National Ballet directed by Guillermina Bravo performing works by Jaime Blanc and Barbara Alvarado.
In 2007 Flor finished the last year of her professional career at the Institut del Teatre, Barcelona. During this year she had the pleasure to work and perform pieces of the spanish choreographers Ramon Ollè and Roberto Olivàn.
In 2008 and 2009 she had an experience dancing in an MSC cruise ship for WEP Productions.
In 2010 Flor moved to Veneto, Italy where she started teaching at Centro Artedanza Lucy Briaschi, Arte in Movimento and Danza Pegorari. She kept dancing for Padova’s University with The Simple Company directed by Elena Borgatti.
Flor also keeps studying and making workshops with inspiring choreographers like Ohad Naharin (Bathsheva Dance Company), Sharon Friedman, Antonio Ruz and Julia Robert and Rudi Cole (Human Hood).
